Can I advertise with images created using Game Changers products?

Of course!  We definitely want to help you gain more business and credit does not have to be given to Shirk Photography LLC when using Game Changers products as intended :)  However, prior approval is REQUIRED for third party advertising/publication/display.

Examples:

• Credit does not have to be given when you post an image to Facebook for your client.
• Credit does not have to be given when you post an image to a photography forum (although a shout out would be GREATLY appreciated!)

• Prior approval is required for use of an image in a magazine/book publication. Typically use of the image will be allowed if proper credit is given to Shirk Photography LLC.
• Prior approval is required for use of an image by a third party (such as a photo lab) for tradeshow display.
